API 510/570 Inspector

Pay Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Per diem: Daily for duration of project

Summary

Leading pay available for the right API 510/570 certified Inspector. The applicant must be
proficiently versed in on-stream inspections and issuing repair recommendations. The inspector will provide
inspection support to the client with primary efforts directed towards the inspection of fixed equipment to
ensure its mechanical integrity and record inspection findings. The position is required to redline P&IDs and
inspection isometrics. The inspector will assist with developing inspection test plans (ITPs). The inspector
will review inspection reports/studies and develop follow up action plans.

 

Minimum Requirements

Applicant must hold a current API 510/570 and be technically competent and knowledgeable in applying the current inspection codes. Additional certifications and inspection management experience are a plus.

Proficiency in technical report writing, the use of MS Word, the inclusion and editing of digital photographs
for use in repair recommendations and reporting is required.

Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude is
required.

Must possess the ability to make reliability focused and cost-effective recommendations for “Suitability for
Continued Service” recommendations to the client.
