API Inspector

Location: Ferndale, Washington
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: Fulltime nested position
Project Scheduled: 4/10’s with opportunity for overtime
Pay Rate/Compensation: $52-60 (Depending on Certifications Held); Fulltime Benefited Position
* Local candidates preferred, but relocation compensation may be available for qualified candidates*

Leading pay available for the right API Inspector with at least 2 - 3 years’ experience performing external visual inspections. The applicant must be proficiently versed in on stream inspections, issuing repair recommendations as well as following repairs.

Minimum Qualifications

​

Applicant must hold either a current API 510 or 570 Certification and must be technically competent and knowledgeable in the application of the current inspection codes. Additional certifications are a plus.

Proficiency in technical report writing, the use of MS Word, the inclusion and editing of digital photographs for use in repair recommendations and reporting is required.

Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude
is required.

Must possess the ability to make reliability focused and cost-effective recommendations for “Suitability
for Continued Service” recommendations to the client.
